Main Dining Room

Designed by Philippe Starck in collaboration with SLS Hotels, the expansive dining room is cloaked in tapestries featuring classic hunting scenes and sits atop a carpet of a giant butcher’s diagram of a steer. Silver alligator heads adorn the walls, and communal tables run the length of the room under a row of unique and whimsical chandeliers. Seating is a mix of buttery leather chairs, couches and banquettes along with fabric chairs emblazoned with portraits of sunglass-wearing animals.

Bar Centro

At the entrance to Bazaar Meat is the vibrant Bar Centro, with striking all-white decor accented by lighted deer heads and silver frames.
